How do I get my files?
Straight after payment you are taken to an order page with your download links, and the same links are emailed to you. Files are delivered instantly.
What file types do you sell?
XLSX spreadsheets for Excel and Google Sheets, hyperlinked and printable PDFs, fillable PDFs, and DOCX templates for Word and Google Docs. Nothing uses macros.
Do your spreadsheets work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the XLSX file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. Charts and progress bars can look slightly different from Excel.
Which apps work with the digital planners?
GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo, Samsung Notes and other PDF annotation apps on iPad, Android tablets and computers. Link support can vary slightly between apps.
Do you offer refunds?
Because the files are delivered instantly, all sales are final once downloaded. If a file is broken or missing, email us and we will fix it the same week. See the refunds page for the full policy.
Can I use a product for my clients or share it?
Business kits are licensed for one business, including your own clients. Other products are for your own personal use. You may not resell, share or republish any files. See the licence page.
Are prices in USD?
Yes. Every price on this site is in US dollars and labelled USD. Your bank may convert it to your own currency, and sales tax may be added at checkout where required.
Can I buy somewhere other than this site?
Yes. Most products are also on Etsy and Gumroad. Each product page links to those listings.
Do you give financial, tax, legal or medical advice?
No. Our products are planning and record-keeping tools. Calculator results are estimates. For decisions that matter, ask a qualified professional.
